Returns

We accept any item back within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused or in like-new, sellable condition. Customers are expected to cover return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

• Modified sabers are not refundable.
• If the items you are returning are damaged, unusable, or not in like-new condition, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
  
• If you cancel your order before it has shipped you will be fully refunded.

Use at Your Own Risk. All Reel Saber products are used at your own risk. Assembly, modifications, and maintenance should only be performed by an adult or under adult supervision, and are entirely at your own risk.

• Battery Safety: Only use approved batteries and chargers. Do not modify, puncture, or expose batteries to fire or water. Improper handling can lead to fire, injury, or damage.
  
  
• Heat & Ventilation: Extended use may cause components to become warm. Avoid operating in enclosed spaces without proper ventilation.
  
  
• Impact & Dropping: Dropping the device or subjecting it to strong impacts may cause damage. Always inspect for loose or broken parts before further use.
  
  
• Moisture & Environment: Keep the device away from water, extreme temperatures, and high humidity. Exposure to moisture may damage internal components.
  
  
• Choking Hazard: Some parts may pose a choking hazard. Keep away from young children.
  
  
• Flat Surface Use: Always place the device on a flat, stable surface to prevent accidental falls or damage.
  
• Sharp Edges & Moving Parts: Some components may have sharp edges or rapid motion. Handle with care and avoid contact with exposed mechanisms.
